Our primary service area covers the Tri-Valley region of the San Francisco East Bay, including Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, and surrounding communities. Service availability may vary by location and is subject to technician scheduling.
We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our service area or scope of work.
Pricing and Payment
Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters uses fixed-rate pricing for our services. Before beginning any work, our technician will provide you with a written quote detailing the scope of work and the total cost. No work begins until you approve the quote.
Payment is due upon completion of the service. We accept major credit cards, checks, and financing options where available.
If additional work is discovered during a service call that was not included in the original quote, our technician will present a revised quote for your approval before proceeding.
Scheduling
Service appointments are scheduled during our regular business hours, Monday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Appointments are provided with 3-hour arrival windows to account for the variable nature of plumbing work.
We make every effort to arrive within your scheduled window. If our schedule changes, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative time.

Warranties and Guarantees
Barnett Plumbing & Water Heaters stands behind the quality of our work. We provide a workmanship warranty on all services performed. The specific warranty period varies by service type and will be detailed in your service documentation.
Equipment and parts installed by our technicians may carry separate manufacturer warranties. We will provide you with all applicable warranty information at the time of installation.
Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, or modifications made by others after our service is completed.
